Return Policy 

All items sold in our store are made-to-order using a print-on-demand service.

This means each product is custom printed specifically for you after your order is placed.

Because of this, our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail stores.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size, color, or variant selected

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

As all products are made specifically for each order, they cannot be restocked or resold. This policy aligns with standard print-on-demand practices.
 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.

You may be eligible for a free replacement or refund if:

  • The product is damaged during shipping

  • There is a manufacturing defect (e.g., print error, misalignment, or faulty material)

  • You received the wrong item

To request a resolution, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you. In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.
 

Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Please note: refunds are only granted for issues caused by manufacturing or fulfillment errors, not for customer-related reasons.
 

Order Issues & Claims

All claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

If multiple items in your order are affected, we may request additional photos showing all items clearly.
 

Shipping Issues

  • If an order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate and assist.

  • If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders are processed quickly after purchase. Once an order is in production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Policy Alignment

This return policy is designed in accordance with print-on-demand fulfillment practices and reflects the policies of our production partner. As a Wix store owner, we independently set our store policies, but we align them closely with our fulfillment provider to ensure transparency and consistency.
